Pros of Generac GP 2200i and Generac GP 3000i:

Size and design:

     The signature color of the Generac generator is orange, and both Generac GP 2200i and Generac GP 3000i have the same color. Generac GP 2200i is 19 x 11 x 17 inches which is smaller and more compact than Generac GP 3000i, which is 22.2 x 13.3 x 18.4 inches in dimension.       The Generac GP 3000i has more AC receptacles than GP 2200i. The GP 3000i has three AC outlets, whereas GP 2200i has only two AC outlets. So you can power two devices at the same time. These generators do not have GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter), which could be problematic because GFCI prevents electrocution. But since it has inverter technology, you need not worry about electrocution as long as you use them in a safe environment. Both the generators come with a DC outlet, and both produce 120V. But if you have a budget and are looking for the best budget inverter generators, you can choose the Generac GP 2200i.
